ICAEW — Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) awards the ACA qualification — Chartered Accountant, with FCA for fellows — and runs a public member register. ICAEW is both a Recognised Supervisory Body and a Recognised Qualifying Body on the FRC’s lists, so it can register and supervise statutory auditors as well as award the audit qualification; its strengths are audit, assurance, public practice and corporate work.
