Who we are
Verifera Talent is a trading name of Camden Medicals Limited, the data controller — registered in England & Wales, company no. 16602982, registered office 2 Frederick Street, London WC1X 0ND, ICO registration no. ZC110890. For data-protection queries, contact [email protected].
What this site does
verifera.co.uk provides (a) a verified job board that links you out to employers' and job sources' own application pages, and (b) the Verifera Encyclopaedia, reference content. We do not operate candidate accounts and do not collect CVs, contact details, or application data through this site. You apply on the source's site, under their privacy terms. If we add a candidate account or apply flow in future, we will update this policy and complete a data-protection impact assessment first.
The personal data we process, and why
- Outbound-click logging. When you click an apply or job link we record the click to measure traffic and prevent click fraud. Your IP address is stored only as a salted, irreversible hash — never in raw form — together with your browser's user-agent and a timestamp. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in fraud prevention and accurate partner billing. Because it is pseudonymised at the point of writing, we cannot ordinarily identify you from it. Retention: 13 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
- Server and security logs (our host; Cloudflare in front of the site) — standard request logs, kept for security and reliability. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
- Cookies — see our Cookie Policy. The site sets only essential cookies; we set no analytics or advertising cookies without your consent.
Recipients
Cloudflare (content delivery and security) and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under written agreements. The job sources we display (for example Adzuna, Jooble, NHS Jobs) receive your click only when you choose to visit them, under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where a processor (for example Cloudflare) processes data outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Note that our click logs are pseudonymised (salted-hash IP), so we generally cannot re-identify a visitor from them to action a request against that data. To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We version this policy; material changes are noted here.
