ACCA — Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) awards the Chartered Certified Accountant designation — letters ACCA, and FCCA for fellows — and runs a public member register. ACCA is both a Recognised Supervisory Body and a Recognised Qualifying Body on the FRC’s lists, so it can register and supervise statutory auditors and award the audit qualification; its membership is global and spans both public practice and industry. As with every body here, ACCA membership is the verification signal behind the unprotected title, and audit work additionally requires audit registration.
