Responsibilities
Develop high-quality Go code and create new microservices
Gradually migrate from legacy Ruby monolith to modern services
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists on technical designs
Optimize systems for low latency and high reliability
Support scalable backend architecture to handle heavy traffic
Key requirements
3+ years of experience building scalable backend services
Proficiency in Go or willingness to be evaluated in strongest language
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher and ability to discuss trade-offs
