Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, performant Go code for new microservices
• Migrate away from legacy services and steward the transition to modern Go microservices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to shape technical designs
• Ensure system responsiveness under heavy load with optimized latency and reliability

Key requirements

• 6+ years of experience building scalable backend services
• Proficiency in Go (or proven strength in another language; Go preferred)
• Relational and NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) and ability to discuss trade-offs
