What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with Life Sciences professionals
• Work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies
• Identify and understand client hiring requirements
• Source and engage with high-quality candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Develop your sales, negotiation and business development skills
• Work towards individual and team targets
