The Role
Source high‑calibre candidates for a range of vacancies across various Life Science sectors
Build and nurture relationships with senior candidates, becoming a trusted advisor
Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Develop and expand business with emerging, niche companies
Experience & Attributes
Ability to thrive in a high‑calibre industry with confidence
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Solid mathematical ability for working with targets and figures
