Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Sales)

Launch Your Lucrative Graduate Recruitment/Sales Career

Trainee/Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – Newcastle

Are you graduating this summer and not sure where to start? Do you want a career where your progression is based on performance - rather than waiting years for the next step?

If you are ambitious, motivated, and ready to learn, recruitment could be the perfect launchpad.

We’re looking for graduates to join our Newcastle team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Why chose Recruitment as a career?

If you’re looking for a career that offers:

• Fast progression (based on your performance)
• High earning potential early in your career
• A clear structure, training, and support
• Become a specialist recruiter in the growing world of Cloud, Data and AI (you don't need to know anything about this before you start!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

From day one, you’ll be learning how to manage your own "desk" and build a network in a specialist market.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Speaking to businesses and building new relationships
• Sourcing and engaging top talent
• Managing candidates through interviews and offers
• Learning how to negotiate and close deals
• Working towards targets and developing your commercial skills

No two days are the same - the more you put in, the more you get out.

What We Are Looking For:

What matters is your mindset:

• Ambition – you want to build a successful career
• Resilience – you can handle setbacks and keep pushing forward
• Work ethic – you’re prepared to put the effort in to succeed
• Confidence with people – you enjoy building relationships
• Drive to learn – you’re coachable and open to feedback

Any experience in part-time work, internships, sales, customer service, or competitive sports or societies is a bonus - but not essential.

What You’ll Get

We invest heavily in our graduates because your success is our success:

• £27,600 starting salary + uncapped commission (no thresholds)
• Structured training programme – learn recruitment, sales, and business skills from day one
• Fast-track progression – clear career path with regular promotions
• Mentorship from experienced consultants and managers
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
• Work abroad for up to 10 days per year

The Reality

This is not an "easy" graduate role. It’s fast-paced, target-driven, and can be challenging - especially at the start.

But if you’re willing to learn, stay consistent, and put in the work, the rewards (both financially and professionally) can be huge.

We’re Tenth Revolution Group (TRG) – a global recruitment business specialising in Cloud Technology. Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown into one of the top agencies in our market, with offices across the world and a strong track record of developing graduates into high earners and future leaders.

You must have full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Tenth Revolution Group is an equal opportunities employer that values a diverse workforce and the contribution each individual makes. We are committed to promoting equality and diversity, and creating an inclusive environment for all both internally and externally with our clients and candidates.
