Responsibilities
Design, build and ship features across the full stack for AI-powered products
Collaborate with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and craft solutions
Own technical design of complex system components and scale architecture
Develop with AI tooling like Claude Code while maintaining quality
Balance speed with security, reliability and data protection for enterprise clients
Contribute to engineering processes, including code review and knowledge sharing
Key requirements
Upper mid-level to senior software engineering experience
Full-stack proficiency and adaptability to build required solutions
Strong TypeScript; backend experience in Java or C#
System design experience, ideally as lead architect
Experience coding with AI tools such as Claude Code
Experience translating client needs into well-designed solutions
Experience owning end-to-end problems with enterprise considerations
