In this role you will service, repair and diagnose vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the Midlands, using mobile capabilities. You will manage van stock, conduct safety checks, and coordinate with management on job scheduling while ensuring accurate paperwork for invoicing and compliance. You’ll support apprentices and uphold professional customer service as you represent the company. This is a hands-on field position with a focus on reliable service delivery and regional mobility.

Responsibilities
Service, repair and diagnose vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning systems (mobile role)
Manage van stock for efficient service delivery
Complete daily vehicle safety checks
Coordinate with management on job scheduling, downtime and customer orders
Complete paperwork and digital job records for invoicing and compliance
Support apprentices or trainee engineers when required
Maintain excellent customer service and professional representation of the company
Key requirements
Experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering
F-Gas certification
C&G qualification or equivalent in Engineering
IT literacy (Microsoft Office, handheld PDA systems)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work remotely across the East Midlands/Midlands
