In this role you will manage a centre’s overall performance, acting with autonomy as if it were your own business. You’ll lead a small team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive commercial activity through tours and upselling, and turn customers into brand ambassadors for IWG. You’ll solve on-site challenges and ensure a world-class standard of service.
