Responsibilities

• Develop precedents and know-how for the group

Key requirements

• 6+ years' PQE in employment law
• PSL or knowledge management experience preferred
• Mentoring or training experience or interest
• Ability to develop precedents and internal guidance
• Strong internal advisory and communication skills
