Corporate Knowledge (PSL) Lawyer

Overview

In this role, you help shape the corporate knowledge function within a top-tier team. You’ll own training, know-how, and precedents while supporting legal research and acting as a key contact for legal tech, AI, and innovation initiatives. You will work alongside a senior PSL to drive the use of technology in the corporate practice and deliver value through better knowledge systems. Responsibilities

• own training, know-how, and precedents
• conduct and coordinate legal research
• act as main contact for legal tech, AI and innovation initiatives
• support senior PSL and knowledge management

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE or equivalent experience in PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or Corporate Solicitor with strong M&A experience
• experience in corporate/M&A matters and knowledge management
• ability to train and develop precedents and know-how
• strong research skills and tech-savviness
