As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) you will shape the team’s knowledge framework and support the corporate and M&A practice without fee-earning pressure. You will develop precedents, deliver technical training, and advise on complex legal issues, while monitoring legislative developments. You’ll drive process improvements and support thought leadership to sustain the team’s technical excellence and client service. This is a senior, non-billable role ideal for a PSL or senior solicitor seeking influence over high-value work in a market-leading firm.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain precedents and know-how for the corporate team
Deliver technical training and guidance on complex legal issues
Monitor legislative developments and advise on changes impacting practice
Shape best practices and drive process improvements
Support thought leadership initiatives and contribute to innovation
Collaborate with lawyers across the team to maintain reputation for excellence
Assist in maintaining high-quality client service
Support knowledge management initiatives and ongoing training programs
Key requirements
Experience as a corporate solicitor or established PSL
5+ years PQE
Ability to work non-fee-earning while staying closely involved in high-value work
Strong knowledge of corporate/M&A issues
Proven ability to develop precedents and train others
