Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high-value claimant clinical negligence and serious injury cases
• Contribute to complex brain and spinal injury matters and other orthopaedic injuries
• Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel to progress claims
• Assist in strategy development for complex, high-value cases
• Maintain accurate file management and documentation for court and settlement processes

Key requirements

• 1-4PQE in claimant clinical negligence / serious injury
• experience handling high-value, complex clinical negligence and serious injury cases
• solicitor with capability to work in Hull or Manchester
