Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of high-value serious injury claims, including brain and spinal injuries
Provide strategic legal advice and case strategy for complex litigation
Prepare and negotiate settlements; coordinate with medical experts and other professionals
Maintain client relationships with clear, empathetic communication and updates
Draft pleadings, schedules, and settlement proposals; attend court or tribunals as required
Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and improve departmental processes
Mentor junior solicitors and support staff as appropriate
