Responsibilities

• Manage high value claimant clinical negligence and serious injury cases
• Assist with personal injury matters on the claimant side
• Handle case progression from intake to settlement/trial with guidance
• Work within a friendly, client-focused team to deliver quality outcomes
• Contribute to case strategy and evidence gathering for high value claims

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE
• Experience in high value Serious Injury / Clinical Negligence personal injury matters
• Open to applicants with defendant experience if quality of work is strong
