Gateway Assessor Trainee – Hybrid, Make an Impact

The Gateway Assessor/ Trainee role is the first point of contact for our Leeds-based service, providing information, signposting and referrals while handling webchat, email and phone inquiries.

You will join a busy gateway assessment team, delivering high‑quality advice, meeting targets and KPIs, and contributing to a supportive, proactive service. We offer hybrid working patterns and ongoing training to help you grow while making a tangible impact in people’s lives across Leeds.
