Telesales & Sales Support Executive - Commercial Laundry Equipment - The OPL Group

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and commercially minded Telesales & Sales Support Executive who can help generate new business opportunities while supporting the wider sales team. This is a dual-function role combining: Outbound Sales Driving new business opportunities through proactive calling, lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. Sales Support Helping the sales team stay organised, efficient, and focused through strong administration and pipeline coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to build a long-term career. Key Responsibilities

• Telesales & Lead Generation
• High-volume outbound calling to targeted business prospects
• Identify key decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities
• Book quality appointments for the sales team
• Follow up warm leads and run campaigns
• Build rapport quickly and professionally
• Help grow the sales pipeline

Sales Support

• Provide day-to-day support to the wider sales team
• Assist with follow-ups and diary coordination
• Help manage pipeline activity
• Support internal communication and sales processes
• CRM & Administration
• Log all calls, notes, and actions accurately
• Maintain prospect and customer records
• Manage callbacks and reminders
• Produce basic activity reports where required Minimum 2 years' telesales / outbound sales / appointment setting experience

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong telephone confidence
• Resilient and target-driven mindset
• Organised and detail-focused
• Good IT skills
• B2B sales experience (min 2 years)
• CRM experience
• Sales support / admin experience
• Experience targeting care homes, hospitality, or commercial sectors (ideal)
