Telesales & Sales Support Executive

NW10, London — Office preferred | Hybrid considered DOE

£28,000-£32,000 + Commission + Bonuses + Benefits

We're looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded Telesales & Sales Support Executive to generate new business opportunities while supporting the wider sales team.

This is a varied, target-driven role combining outbound telesales, lead generation, appointment setting and sales administration. It's ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards clear targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to targeted prospects
• Identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities and book appointments
• Follow up warm leads and support sales campaigns
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, diary coordination and administration
• Keep CRM records, call notes and customer information accurate
• Manage callbacks, reminders and basic activity reporting
• Work to KPIs within a monitored and recorded call environment
• Use feedback and coaching to continually improve performance

About You

• 2+ years' experience in telesales, outbound sales or appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Resilient, motivated and target-driven
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Strong IT skills

Desirable: B2B sales, CRM, sales support/administration, or experience working with commercial sectors.
