About the Role

VANRATH are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Executive to join a growing commercial team in Belfast.

This is a hands-on outbound sales role, with 50%+ of the position focused on outbound calling, lead generation and client reactivation.

The role would suit someone with around 6 months' experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or appointment setting , looking to develop their career within a commercially focused business.

Full training on the company's services will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing, lapsed and prospective clients.
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
Re-engage dormant clients and identify new opportunities.
Research and contact prospective B2B customers.
Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve agreed call, activity and lead-generation targets.
Pass qualified opportunities to the Account Management team.
Support the wider Client Services team with client enquiries and administration.
Develop strong knowledge of the company's products and services.

What We're Looking For

Around 6 months' experience in an outbound sales/telesales role.
Confident making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working towards sales and activity targets.
Resilient and able to handle rejection.
Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
Experience with CRM systems desirable.
B2B sales or appointment-setting experience desirable.
