THE ROLE - AFTERSALES MANAGER\

\

You’ll take ownership of the complete aftersales operation, including:\

• Leading, coaching and developing Service & Parts teams\
• \
• Managing workshop loading, WIP, efficiency and parts\
• \
• Driving customer satisfaction and retention\
• \
• Maximising sales and departmental profitability\
• \
• Managing budgets and performance against targets\
• \
• Recruiting and developing a high-performing team\
• \
• Identifying new business and upselling opportunities\
• \
• Maintaining high standards and compliance\
• \
• Building strong relationships across the dealership\
• \
