Customer Service Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a successful and well-established local business to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of the business. Duties will include:

• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Processing purchase orders and updating internal systems.
• Preparing and maintaining customer contracts.
• Completing accurate data entry and keeping records up to date.
• Providing general administrative support as required.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and/or administration experience , with strong communication and organisational skills. You should be confident working in a busy environment, able to follow processes accurately, work well within a team and use your own initiative when required.

The Package

The package for this role includes a starting salary of £27,300 with an attractive benefits package which can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb. With offices based outside of Belfast City Centre, this role offers a working week of Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop and progress within their career.
