Customer Service Admin (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading distribution business, based in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available, experienced administrator to provide essential support to an excellent team.

As a customer service administrator you will provide and exceptional level of customer support, manage incoming calls and enquiries in a personable and professional manner and work closely with internal teams to ensure company standards are met consistently.

Key responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for any incoming calls and enquiries
Liaising with internal teams, passing on information accurately
Providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to queries
Order processing and upload data accurately to an ERP system
General administrative duties, including filing, scanning and printing

The Ideal Candidate

Customer service experience and call handling experience is essential
IT literate, ability to adapt to new systems and proven experience with Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Precise attention to detail and ability to work confidently with data
Possess the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
Immediately available with access to own transport

Competitive pay rate from £13-£14.80 per hour
