Customer Service Administrator (1 Year Contract)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful local business, to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator on a 1-year contract basis. Our client is experiencing continual demand within the industry, making it an exceptional time to join a well-established team. The Role

• Providing administrative support to sales team such as processing requests, data entry and compliance.
• Ensuring high level customer service with both customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Assisting in daily reporting and audits.
• Any ad hoc duties to various different departments.

The Person

• An administrative and customer service professional with experience working in a busy office environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment and ability to work well within a team.
• Proactive mentality and ability to work off your own initiative.

The package for this role includes a salary of £28,990 dependant on experience. Offering an excellent benefits package which can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb. Although a 1-year contract initially, this role presents great opportunities for long-term progression and development. Based on site in Mallusk with a working week of Monday to Friday.
