Team Assistant - Property Firm

One of our longest standing clients - a well know, and highly regarded Property consultancy - is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Team Assistant/EA to join their busy People & Development team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in bringing learning, development, talent and culture initiatives to life. You’ll keep programmes running smoothly, connect people and teams, manage key systems and data, and help create a positive experience for colleagues across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate learning, development, mentoring and culture programmes from planning through to delivery.
• Organise events, sessions, registrations, communications and attendance.
• Support professional qualification programmes, tracking enrolment, progress and completion.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, course content and reporting.
• Maintain accurate learning, development and compliance records.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and management information.
• Coordinate mandatory training and monitor completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for learners, stakeholders, training providers and facilitators.
• Manage shared inboxes, meetings, documentation and wider team administration.
• Support digital learning initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency through technology.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be highly organised, approachable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in administration, coordination, learning, training or programme support.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong data management skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience using an LMS or similar system.
• Confidence producing reports and working with data.
• A proactive mindset and an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
