About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer , you'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), project work, and reactive maintenance. You'll work within a team of engineers, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This role offers fantastic stability and a chance to join one of the UKs leading manufacturers.

What We're Looking For in a Shift Engineer:

• 2+ years in food or FMCG manufacturing maintenance
• Level 3 engineering qualification or higher (Apprenticeship trained ideally)
• A strong attitude to work
• Someone approachable who has experience working in a team
