We're working with a well-established manufacturing company in Wisbech that's expanding its Maintenance Department. They're looking for a skilled Shift Engineer to join their growing team and support their continued success.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer , you'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), project work, and reactive maintenance. You'll work within a team of engineers, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This role offers fantastic stability and a chance to join one of the UKs leading manufacturers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a fast-paced, rewarding environment with real career development.

What We're Looking For in a Shift Engineer:

2+ years in food or FMCG manufacturing maintenance
Level 3 engineering qualification or higher (Apprenticeship trained ideally)
A strong attitude to work
Someone approachable who has experience working in a team
