We're looking for an experienced, passionate and ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We're looking for someone with the drive, ability and ambition to progress towards a Head Chef role .

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant, gastro pub or fast-paced kitchen
• Confidence running your own section during busy service
• High standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
• Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic
• Reliable, professional and willing to get stuck in
• Ambition to develop and progress towards Head Chef
