Chef de Partie Benefits:

• £35,000 + Cash Tips
• 45 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.

• Covers: up to 150 on a busy service.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• We are seeking a career‑driven Chef de Partie who is eager to grow and develop within an award‑winning, ambitious kitchen.
• You will be focused, motivated, and have a strong eye for detail, consistently delivering high standards.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a reputable, professional kitchen is essential.
• Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Horsham, as accommodation cannot be provided at this time.
