Strategic Hotel Growth Director & Partnerships

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Business Development Director to shape the central strategy across the hotel portfolio. You will lead a small team, own the client portfolio, and drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns and cross-selling across hotels.

You will collaborate with sales, revenue and GM teams, filling gaps and maximizing opportunities. Travel across the UK and Europe is expected as part of a growing international business.
