Strategic BD Director – Hotels & Partnerships

Valor Hospitality seeks a Business Development Director to shape and lead the central strategy for a hotel portfolio. You will identify new clients, agents and sectors, grow existing accounts and turn market insight into revenue across hotels.

You will lead two Key Account Managers and a Business Development Manager, coaching them to perform at their best while keeping the pipeline strong and focused on key opportunities.
