Parts Manager

The Role:

We have the pleasure of working with a well-established group and expert team based in Basingstoke, in search of an experienced and respected individual who can take the reins of a large department as Parts Manager to run this successful department.

You will lead your team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Previous Parts Manager / Supervisor experience essential.
• Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment.
• Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding.

Package:

• £30,000 Basic Salary + OTE £36,000. As well as great company benefits including a company car.
• Monday – Friday working week.
• + Other great company benefits
