Business Development Executive – Tech Sales (Graduate Scheme)

We’re hiring ambitious graduates to join our Business Development Executive Graduate Scheme in tech sales. This role offers structured training, real responsibility, and a clear progression path to Senior Account Partner (£50k base + commission + company car within 4 years).
What You’ll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Hold consultative conversations around technology solutions
Work closely with internal teams to progress deals
Own and develop your sales pipeline
Who We’re Looking For
Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
Ambitious, commercially minded, and target‑driven
Keen to build a long‑term career in tech sales
