This role will primarily focus on technical project delivery and platform-level support, with the flexibility to assist with BAU activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for VMware / Omnissa Horizon and virtualisation technologies
Support technical projects across design, implementation, testing and transition into BAU
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and platform support
Support BAU operations and technical fixes when required
Collaborate with client teams and third‑party suppliers on technical delivery
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to wider teams
