University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Antenatal Clinic Team Leader to shape antenatal services within the maternity team. This role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership, service development and team management in the Antenatal Clinic.

You will provide visible leadership, coordinating care pathways with midwifery, obstetric, neonatal and community colleagues to deliver safe, personalised care throughout pregnancy.
