We are currently recruiting for an experiencedSales Executiveto join the Development team of a leading housing organisation based inBracknell, supporting the delivery and sale of new homes across the South.

The organisation is focused on tackling homelessness and helping to address the housing crisis through the delivery of quality homes and by empowering the communities it serves. You'll join a collaborative team that is committed to putting customers at the heart of what it does.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and selling a portfolio of new homes across bothShared Ownership and Market Saletenures.

You'll take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, maximising lead conversion and delivering agreed sales targets while providing a high level of customer service throughout the buyer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Managing an allocated portfolio of new-build sales and delivering agreed sales targets.
• Maximising lead conversion and progressing buyers through the full sales process.
• Conducting accompanied viewings and providing professional advice to customers.
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, developers and other property professionals to progress sales.
• Processing buyer applications, including financial assessments and Anti-Money Laundering checks.
• Working closely with the Development team to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information on schemes, layouts and specifications.
• Attending project meetings and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring sales documentation provides a fully compliant audit trail.
• Carrying out monthly inspections of void properties to identify maintenance requirements and ensure security.
• Providing cover for other Sales Executives when required.

About You

We're looking for someone with strongnew-build property sales experiencewho understands the end-to-end house sales process and is comfortable working towards targets.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience within a busy property sales environment.
• Experience of setting up and managingnew-build developments.
• Knowledge of the property market and current/future market trends.
• Understanding ofShared Ownership and affordable home ownership schemes.
• Knowledge of mortgages and conveyancing.
• A proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and a range of stakeholders.
• Experience of market research and competitor analysis.
• Strong communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills, including practical Excel knowledge.
• A full UK driving licence and ability to travel to developments and customer appointments where required.

You'll need to be commercially focused and customer-led, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly when plans change. Some weekend working may also be required.
