Role overview
A senior leadership role for a Chartered Civil Engineer with a strong client base, geo-structural design expertise, and the credibility to lead technically and commercially.
Key responsibilities
Act as technical authority and reviewer for civil and geo-structural design
Lead and sign off complex multi disciplinary engineering solutions
Bring existing client relationships and actively generate new work
Lead client meetings,fee proposals, and project strategy
Apply practical construction experience to deliver buildable solutions
Mentor seniorand junior engineers
Support wider business development and regional growth
About you
Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE or equivalent)
Strong UK consultancy background with demonstrable client following
Practical understanding of construction sequencing, risk, and delivery
Confident in winning, leading, and retaining work
Optional – Ambition to progress intoAssociate Director level
