Senior Paid Social Manager (Hybrid, 2 days in-office, with a leading integrated agency)

About the Role

Our agency partner is an award-winning integrated marketing agency delivering creative, data-driven campaigns for an impressive portfolio of national and international brands.

They're looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to take the lead on developing and delivering high-performing paid social campaigns across a diverse client base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

You'll work across both creative brand campaigns and performance-led eCommerce and lead generation campaigns, helping clients achieve measurable results while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the agency's Paid Social offering.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Strategy & Delivery

• Plan, build, manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Develop integrated paid social strategies that support both brand awareness and performance objectives.
• Manage campaigns from briefing through to reporting, ensuring they deliver against KPIs, budgets and commercial goals.
• Continuously test, optimise and innovate to improve campaign performance.

Creative Campaigns

• Work closely with creative, content and strategy teams to develop engaging social-first campaigns.
• Deliver standout creative brand campaigns alongside high-performing eCommerce and lead generation activity.
• Brief creative assets and provide recommendations based on platform best practice and campaign performance.

Performance & Client Management

• Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present results, strategy and optimisation plans confidently to clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and become the go‑to expert for Paid Social.

Team & Agency Growth

• Support and mentor junior members of the Paid Social team.
• Share knowledge, champion best practice and contribute to the development of the agency's Paid Social proposition.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience delivering both creative brand campaigns and performance-focused eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Passion for innovation, testing and continuous improvement.
