Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based at our St Peter's Wharf office, for a Paid Social Executive in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Paid Social Executive will manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, for both ecommerce and lead generation clients. Responsibilities include building audiences, briefing and testing ad creative across video, image and carousel formats, managing budgets, analysing campaign performance, and generating client reports. The role also involves staying up to date with platform changes and industry trends, and identifying opportunities to maximise ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' hands-on paid social experience, agency or in-house
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Ability to plan audience and creative tests, and turn the results into action
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag), reporting, and performance metrics
• A good eye for creative that performs, backed by the data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present actionable insights to clients
• Proven organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ecommerce or Shopify experience is a plus
• B2B lead generation experience on LinkedIn is advantageous
