About the Role

Our agency partner is an award-winning integrated marketing agency delivering creative, data-driven campaigns for an impressive portfolio of national and international brands.

They're looking for a Paid Social Manager to develop and deliver high-performing paid social campaigns across a diverse client base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll work across both large-scale creative brand campaigns and performance-led eCommerce and lead generation campaigns, helping clients achieve measurable results while collaborating closely with creative, strategy and client services teams.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Strategy & Delivery

• Plan, build, manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Develop integrated paid social strategies that support both brand awareness and performance objectives.
• Manage campaigns from briefing through to reporting, ensuring they deliver against KPIs, budgets and commercial goals.
• Continuously test, optimise and innovate to improve campaign performance.

Creative Campaigns

• Work closely with Creative, Content and Strategy teams to deliver engaging social-first campaigns.
• Manage paid social activity across high-profile brand campaigns as well as performance-focused eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Brief creative assets and provide recommendations based on platform best practice, audience insight and campaign performance.

Performance & Client Management

• Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present campaign results and optimisation plans confidently to clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and become a valued Paid Social specialist across your accounts.

Innovation & Collaboration

• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Share ideas and best practice with the wider Paid Social team.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Strategy, Creative and Client Services teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with TikTok Ads Manager is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale creative brand campaigns for recognised brands.
• Experience managing performance-focused eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Passion for innovation, testing and continuous improvement.
