Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy and successful prestige vehicle dealership in Chelmsford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with premium and luxury vehicles. With high footfall, strong stock levels, and uncapped earning potential, this role offers the chance to build a rewarding career while maximising your income.

The Role

• Selling premium and luxury used vehicles to retail customers
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face appointments
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Advising customers on vehicle features, specifications and finance options
• Negotiating sales and managing the customer journey from enquiry through to handover
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
• Working towards ambitious monthly sales targets in a high-volume dealership environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Experience working in a target-driven sales environment
• Good knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry
• Full UK driving licence
• Candidates who are confident, personable and capable of handling a high volume of enquiries and customer interactions
