The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales and revenue targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Selling vehicles and associated products
Managing inbound enquiries via telephone, email and in person
Conducting professional customer appointments
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
Presenting vehicles and conducting demonstrations and test drivesAdvising customers on vehicle specifications, features and finance options
Negotiating deals and successfully closing sales
Managing vehicle orders, preparation and customer handovers
Completing sales administration accurately
Maintaining strong product knowledge across the vehicle range
Delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
