Requirements

UK work eligibility
Ability to commute to the office full-time, Monday–Friday
At least 3 years of Recruitment experience
Motivating Starting Salary with Uncapped commission (£28,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships
Source and network candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
Manage recruitment process (advertising, interviews, candidate briefings)
Work towards KPIs and financial targets
