• Meet experienced Recruitment Consultants, Managers and Directors
• Learn about education recruitment and the 360 recruitment process
• Take part in practical recruitment exercises and team activities
• Discover commission structures, earning potential and career progression opportunities
• Gain an insight into our Graduate, Trainee, Recruitment Consultant and Senior Consultant career pathways
• Learn what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment environment

Who Should Attend?
We're looking for individuals who:

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are ambitious, resilient and motivated by success
• Want a career where effort directly influences earnings and progression
• Have an interest in recruitment, sales, business development or account management
• Come from backgrounds such as sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, estate agency, travel, care or other people-focused industries
• Can work 7:30am-4:30pm (with reduced hours during school holidays)

No recruitment experience is required. We recruit based on attitude, potential and ambition.
