ERP Recruitment Consultant

We are experiencing rapid growth at Trova and are looking to add a talented Senior ERP Recruitment Consultant to our London-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ERP roles (ideally within Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of hiring needs and business objectives
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of ERP positions, including both functional and technical roles
• Develop and manage a high‑quality pipeline of ERP professionals
• Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
• Manage offer negotiations and oversee the closing process with both clients and candidates
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall team performance
• Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

Key Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP or IT recruitment, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and a target‑driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field
• Established network within the ERP talent market (ideally Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles
