• Coordinating with the team to source and place high-quality temporary and permanent staff.
• Monitoring staffing requirements, placement performance and service delivery, responding quickly to changing needs.

• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support clients across additional departments or sites.
• Attending client meetings and site visits to review performance and strengthen relationships.
• Maintaining accurate client and candidate records and providing regular updates.

What We’re Looking For

• A driven, commercially minded individual who enjoys building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• A positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in recruitment, account management, sales or another customer-facing role would be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work from our Leicester and Nottingham offices and attend client sites as required.

What We Offer

• A supportive, collaborative team environment where you’ll be set up for success from day one.
• Structured training, ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced recruitment professionals.
• Regular target-driven incentives, including holidays, hotel breaks, activity days and shopping vouchers.
• Health and wellbeing benefits.
• Team socials, summer events and Christmas celebrations.
