Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea for the position of New/Used Car Sales Executive.
This Car Sales Executive role offers a compelling opportunity for experienced sales professionals within the automotive sector to join a successful dealership team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Duties as the Car Sales Executive:

• Promote and sell new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets
• Advise customers on finance options, accessories, warranties, and related products
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery updates
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Collect payments from customers prior to car handover
• Demonstrate vehicle features and explain warranty and service arrangements
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and foster ongoing relationships
• Keep up to date with current vehicle specifications and dealership promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectives
