Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our client’s reputable dealership in Swansea as a Car Sales Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team within a leading multi-franchise dealership. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of both new and used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the dealership’s continued growth.

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 annually

Working hours: Monday to Friday with every other weekend off, and a day off in the week when working a weekend
Showroom hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday), 9:00am to 5:00pm (Saturday), 11:00am to 4:00pm (Sunday)
Established customer base and market-leading vehicle productsDuties of the Car Sales Executive:

Drive sales of new and used vehicles, accessories, finance options, warranties, and related products
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
Keep customers informed about delivery progress and advise on any delays
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Collect payments and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to aftersales departments
Demonstrate vehicle features and assist customers throughout their purchase journey
Maintain high standards of customer service to foster ongoing relationshipsRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in franchise-approved vehicle sales, ideally within a similar dealership environment
Live in Swansea or within reasonable commuting distance
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
