Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run dealership in Rugby for the position of Used Car Sales Executive. • Basic salary of 20,000
• Uncapped commission with potential to earn 45,000+ OTE annually
• Full-time hours, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Selling a range of high-quality used vehicles to customers
• Handling customer enquiries and following up on sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Guiding customers through the full sales process to ensure a positive experience
• Achieving and exceeding unit and sales targets
• Maximising every sales opportunity to boost performance
• Providing excellent customer service from initial enquiry to vehicle handover

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in car sales is preferred; however, trainee individuals with the right attitude will be considered
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Good work ethic and motivation to succeed in sales
• Target-driven with a focus on earning potential
• Full UK driving licence is essential
